PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator to suitably obtain a number of communications with a party at the other end registered for a one-touch key function, etc., with a simple operation, and to eliminate the registration of the party with a smaller number of communications or change the registration into the registration for an abbreviation key function. SOLUTION: When a key is operated, it is decided that a one-touch key 8a or an abbreviation key 8b is operated (ST22), and if the one-touch key 8a or the abbreviation key 8b is operated, then it is decided that the device is in a service-condition display mode or not (ST23).
