PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an inexpensive machine mounting-type shield plate, where shield effect is improved, by solving problems of prior art for fitting a shield finger and a shield type to a shield case and of a cost increase. SOLUTION: The shield plate structure is provided with a substrate where an electronic circuit is mounted on a surface, the shield case fitted to surround the electronic circuit and the shield plate inserted between the substrate and the shield case. The shield plate is constituted by bending one metal plate from a pad part, a cushion part and a contact part. The pad parts is connected to a substrate ground disposed on the substrate. The cushion part is constituted into a spring shape by bending. The contact part is constituted to be flat. A part of the shield case is brought into contact with the contact part.
