PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device having an interdigital capacitor that has a small wiring parasitic inductance, and which can easily materialize the symmetry of a circuit pattern. SOLUTION: The present device is an electronic circuit that includes a transistor (20) and two interdigital capacitors (C1 and C2), wherein the transistor is arranged on the extended line of the common electrode 23 for the two interdigital capacitors. Since the two interdigital capacitors are formed by use of the common electrode and the transistor is arranged on its extension, the capacitors and transistor can be connected by a short wire. Thus, the inductance parasitizing in this wiring is extremely small. Further, use of a common electrode helps realize the symmetry of a circuit pattern (layout) with ease. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
