PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new sensor, in which an electrical insulation between photodetectors is improved as compared with a conventional sensor and which can sample two or more colors at respective photodetector positions. SOLUTION: The sensor (10) comprises dichroic photodetectors (5), which includes a lower photodetector element (13) inside a bulk silicon (60) and an upper photodetector element (12), installed on the lower photodetector element and which can detect two or more colors at respective photodetector positions. The color sensitivity of each photodetector element is decided, according to an absorption curve of the upper photodetector element and a thickness of the upper photodetector element and color filter (30) array. In order to accurately sample colors in the two color photodetector arrays, without using the color filter array, the upper photodetector elements of the adjacent two photodetectors are made to have two different thicknesses.
