PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method and a program for creating meshes for analysis for creating the meshes so that calculation accuracy of analysis is enhanced and calculation time is shortened. SOLUTION: In creating the meshes for analysis by arranging grid lines in an analytical area for analyzing prescribed physical quantity regarding an analytical model to be constituted of a plurality of components, the grid lines are first arranged on end parts of a plurality of the components, intervals of a plurality of the arranged grid lines are calculated, grid lines to be deleted are decided based on a calculation result, the grid lines are deleted based on a decision result and the shape or the size of the components are changed according to deletion of the grid lines.
