PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for accurately transmitting information associated with a prescribed person to the person in a network system. SOLUTION: A home network system 1A is equipped with a controller 30, a plurality of person recognition devices 10, and a plurality of terminal devices 20. Each person recognition device 10 and each terminal device 20 are installed in each room (living room, kitchen, entrance). The terminal device 20 comprises a display, a speaker, etc., and outputs an image and sound. Further, the person recognition device 10 is constituted as an image recognition device and recognizes a person and also detects the current position of the person by image recognition technology. Then the controller 30 sends information (transmit message, television program, etc.), associated with the person to a terminal device 30 nearby the current position of the person detected by the person recognition device 10 among the plurality of terminal devices 20 to output the information.
