PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple dwelling house system which enables efficient communication while suppressing communication traffic. SOLUTION: The system is equipped with a plurality of dwelling unit terminal devices 110 installed in a plurality of dwelling units, a server device 120 which has distribution information to be distributed to the dwelling unit terminal devices 110 and a distribution information list, and a repeater 130 which relays the distribution information between the server device 120 and dwelling unit terminal devices 110; and the repeater 130 obtains the distribution information list from the server device 120, obtains the distribution information from the server device 120 according to the distribution information list, and distributes the distribution information to the dwelling unit terminal devices 110.
