EGG SORTING DEVICE BY DIGITAL CONTROL

PURPOSE: An egg sorting device by digital control is provided to sort and package eggs automatically based on the grades of eggs. And the device is also provided to control the processing speed to sort and package eggs according to the size of either poultry farm or egg warehouse. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises a control unit(10) and a monitoring unit(30). The control unit(10) outputs a load detection signal, a speed detection signal, an output signal and a system operation signal and reports the content of execution to the monitoring unit(30) and receives an instruction required for sorting and operation through communication. The monitoring unit(30) displays the reported contents of sorting and operation on a touch screen monitor in real time and stores the contents in a recording medium, prints the contents, instructs a command for changing set values of the control unit(10) and a command for operation, and serves as the interface between a digital control system and a user.
