PURPOSE: Provided are a process for manufacturing brassiere cup and an apparatus for performing the same to accomplish automatic production process of the brassiere cup from molding of the cup to withdrawal of the completed cup, thereby to realize mass-production and to reduce production cost thereof. CONSTITUTION: The process is conducted by the apparatus comprising a molding component(10) equipped with a mold(11) having a rotational component(17), a rotational plate with 'èê' form of molding grooves(12); a pressing component(20) including a cylinder(23) having a compression part(22) in 'ôÈ' form same like the brassiere and a heating component(24) on a rod of the part(22) and removably coupled with a compression frame(21); and a controller(C) near the cylinder(23) to control action of the cylinder and rotation of the rotational plate.
