DATA MANAGEMENT PROGRAM OF TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A data management program of a test handler is provided to extend a use range by standardizing the program regardless of a model and making the program executed in a general PC. CONSTITUTION: The data is obtained by each event whenever each event is occurred(S21). A DLL(Dynamic Linking Library) file of a standard format is generated on a preset standard time by collecting the data of each event(S22). A database of each period is generated by summarizing the DLL of each event according to the set information(S23). The information is offered through a GUI(Graphic User Interface) screen according to a user's request by using the database(S24).
