An maintenance jig assembly facilitates the replacement of a wheel flange hub and wheel bearing in vehicles in which the brake disc is located between the wheel flange and axle body. A detachable supporting plate (1) is fitted on spacers to the axle body on the side opposite to the wheel flange. The supporting body has fitting or bearing apertures. The supporting plate is engaged by a lever or other radial component part of the axle body to a support element. The support plate has an aperture forming a flush fit to the wheel bearing that couples the support plate with the press applied to the wheel flange side both in push and pull modes.
