<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for recognizing the attitude of an electronic component by picking up the negative image of an electronic component held by a means for holding an electronic component in which a micro electronic component can be mounted with high accuracy through a simple arrangement without forming a reflector at an upper part of the means for holding an electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: When the means 3 for holding an electronic component composed of luminous substances 10, 10a and 10b being irradiated with UV-rays 5 to emit light is holding an electronic component 1, the means 3 for holding an electronic component is irradiated with UV-rays 5 to emit light and the light beam 6 is employed as the back light for picking up the negative image 8 of the electronic component by means of an imaging camera 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
