PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a proper connection server to a client computer in a server system equipped with a plurality of connection destination servers. SOLUTION: The client computer 16 accesses a connection destination determining server 12 first (S100), which discriminates an ISP or network address from the IP address of the client computer 16, allocates a corresponding connection destination server 14 by reference to a connection destination table, and informs the client computer 16 of the IP address (S102 to S106). The client computer 16 accesses the connection destination server 14 having the reported IP address (S122) and processing for user authentication and messenger service is carried out thereafter through the connection destination server 14 (S124 to S130).
