PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification control device, amplification control method and a program thereof, by which a built-in amplifier and an external amplifier are easily switched even after attaching the external amplifier. SOLUTION: The amplification control device is constituted of a built-in amplifier power source cut selection means 11 and a control means 12. The built-in amplifier power source cut selection means 11 selects to cut the power source of the built-in amplifier 13, when a power source is applied to a built-in amplifier 13 and an external amplifier 14 is mounted. The control means 12 controls the power source of the built-in amplifier 13 by the selection by a built-in amplifier power source cut selection means 11, when the power source of the built-in amplifier 13 is applied and the external amplifier 14 is mounted. Here, when cutting off of the power source of the built-in amplifier 13 is not selected in the case of being attached with the external amplifier 14, the power source of the built-in amplifier 13 is cut.
