PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient on-screen display control when using a plurality of display means. SOLUTION: When display is not performed on a display part 30, a detection switch 42 is turned on to supply a detection signal SP in a low level 'L' to a microcomputer 40. Power is supplied to an EVF part 20, but power is not supplied to the display part 30. Data is supplied from the microcomputer 40 to a signal generation part 41, and an EVF part on-screen signal SSE is supplied to the EVF part 20 and the display part 30. Display is performed by the EVF part 20 to which power is supplied. When display is performed on the display part 30, the switch 42 is turned off, and the signal SP in a high level 'H' is supplied to the microcomputer 40. Power is supplied to the display part 30, but power is not supplied to the EVF part 20. A panel part on-screen signal SSP is supplied from the signal generation part 41, and display is performed by the display part 30.
