摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve the problem that a proper color reproduction result cannot be obtained in some observational environments of an actual output image because a profile of an image output device handling printed matters generally is generated on the basis of color reproduction characteristics under standard illumination. SOLUTION: Illumination information in an observational environment of an output image from the image output device is acquired by a UI part 603 and is stored in an illumination data holding part 605, and spectral data of the output image is acquired by a spectral data acquisition part 800 and is stored in a spectral data holding part 604, and a three-dimensional LUT representative of color reproduction characteristics of the image output device in the observational environment is calculated in a colorimetric value calculation part 606 on the basis of the illumination information and the spectral data and is stored in a three-dimensional LUT holding part 607.
