PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high-accuracy A/D conversion even when a low-accuracy working process is used in an A/D converter for converting an analog signal into a digital signal. SOLUTION: The A/D converter is provided with a ladder resistor 121 composed of a plurality of resistors 1210-1216 successively serial connected for linking two different potentials and configured by connecting a plurality of nodes N<SB>1</SB>-N<SB>3</SB>of the resistors 1210-1216 to the other input terminals of a plurality of comparators 11, and a constant current source 122 connected to a prescribed node in the plurality of nodes N<SB>1</SB>-N<SB>3</SB>connected to the other input terminals, and capable of freely setting a current value.
