PURPOSE: A structure for fixing an air conditioner is provided to allow the air conditioner to be easily fixed. CONSTITUTION: A rod groove is formed on a rear side of a main body(11) of an air conditioner indoor unit from a center to a lower part in vertical direction. A hinge is formed on an upper end of the rod groove so that a fixing rod is joined to the hinge and inserted to the rod groove. The fixing rod comprises a first rod(31) and a second rod(32) to allow adjustment of length of the fixing rod. An upper part of the first rod is joined to the hinge. The second rod is wider than the first rod to move up and down with respect to the first rod. An adjusting groove is formed on one side of the second rod to allow a screw to penetrate so as to press the first rod and fix the length of the fixing rod. The fixing rod is inserted to the rod groove formed on the rear side of the main body on initial shipment. The fixing rod is separated from the rod groove to install the main body. The fixing rod is rotated centering on a hinge axis to be separated from the ground a little bit. The screw is released to allow the second rod to contact with the ground. The screw inserted to the adjusting groove formed on the second rod is tightened to fix the length of the fixing rod. |
