PURPOSE: A special hot and cold storage is provided to be easily installed and carried by using household electricity source, a battery or an additional battery formed in a vehicle as power source. CONSTITUTION: A refrigerator body(10) is formed for heat insulation. A hermetic door(20) is formed on a front side of the body to seal the body. A block(40) is made of material with excellent heat conductivity, and formed on a front side of a peltier element(30) to penetrate the body. A cooling sink(50) is formed on a front side of the block, and has a fan(52) inserted to the body. A heat sink(60) is formed on a rear side of the block, and has a radiating fan(63) with a plurality of radiating fins(61) formed thereon. A power supply part(70) is formed on one side of the body to supply power to the peltier element, the fan and the radiating fan. The power supply part supplies power using household electricity, a battery of a vehicle or an additional auxiliary battery installed in the vehicle. The auxiliary battery is charged with power of the battery to be used while the vehicle stops.
