METHOD FOR MANAGING CYBER QUALIFICATION CERTIFICATE AND RECORDING MEDIUM STORING THE PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A method for managing a cyber qualification certificate and a recording medium storing the program are provided to get a preliminary knowledge for a practical examination through the simulation for the cyber qualification certificate selected by a user. CONSTITUTION: A qualification certificate information database is constructed(S100). A member information database is constructed by classifying the member information into each level(S102). After logging in through a main web page, a web page related to the qualification certificate selected by the user is transmitted if a billing state is normal(S114). The simulation for the qualification certificate is provided through the web page and the cyber qualification is given to the user if a result performing the simulation is above a constant point(S500).
