PURPOSE: A vehicle monitoring system for managing vehicles is provided to consult a driver's convenience by managing totally a monitoring function, an information function, and a navigation function. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle monitoring system for managing vehicles includes a vehicle state sensing portion(100), a GPS position track sensor portion(110), an ITS receiving unit(120), the first integrated wireless transmission/reception portion(130), a tire monitor module(140), and a body portion(200). The vehicle state sensing portion(100) senses a traveling state of a vehicle. The GPS position track sensor portion(110) detects the position information of the vehicle according to a GPS satellite signal. The ITS receiving unit(120) receives a signal of ITS. The first integrated wireless transmission/reception portion(130) transmits a signal of the vehicle state sensing portion(100), a signal of the GPS position track sensor portion(110), and a signal of the ITS receiving unit(120). The tire monitor module(140) detects the pressure and the temperature of a tire. The body portion(200) includes the second integrated wireless transmission/reception portion(210), a display portion, an audio portion, and a control portion(230). The second integrated wireless transmission/reception portion(210) is connected to the first integrated wireless transmission/reception portion(130) and the tire monitor module(140). The display portion provides visually the information to a driver. The audio portion provides the information to the driver. The control portion(230) controls the display portion and the audio portion.
