PURPOSE: A seat rotation device for a vehicle is provided to improve productivity by simplifying the structure of a rotating unit and to improve user's convenience through reduction of friction force produced during working. CONSTITUTION: A seat rotation device for a vehicle has a lower plate(45) fixed to an upper rail; an upper plate(46) fixed to the lower plate; a rotating plate(47) fixing a seat; a rotating unit(50) disposed between the upper and lower plates and the rotating plate; and a stopper controlling the rotation of the rotating unit. The rotating unit includes plural projections(52,53,54) formed to a bent-up portion(51) formed to the inside of the rotating plate; upper and lower bent-up portions formed to the outer end portion of the upper and lower plates to receive the projections; and bushes fixed to the upper and lower bent-up portions, to reduce the friction force produced when the rotating plate rotates and to enable easy rotation.
