PURPOSE: A method and a device for receiving and ordering a specialized service through on-line are provided to enable an applicant to select the service of the proper cost and quality by offering the career information and the time charge information of the specialized service providers to the applicants. CONSTITUTION: The applicant selects a desired specialized field. The service provider provides the career information and the time charge information of the experts registered to the selected specialized field(310). The applicant selects one from the experts. The service provider provides the schedule information of the selected expert to the applicant. The applicant sends the reservation information and the order contents information to the expert(318). The service provider provides the process schedule and the estimate information of the time charge to the applicant. The applicant makes a contract with the service provider if the process schedule and the estimate information are satisfied.
