PURPOSE: An organic LED(Light Emitting Diode) device and a fabricating method thereof are provided to form uniformly the thickness of a hole transport layer or a polymer emission layer by preventing the flow of hole transport layer ink or polymer ink to the outside of a channel. CONSTITUTION: An organic electro-luminescence device includes a substrate(1), the first electrode layer(2), a plurality of insulating layers(3,4), an organic polymer layer, a shielding barrier(8), and the second electrode layer. The first electrode layer(2) is formed on the substrate(1). The insulating layers(3,4) are formed on the substrate(1) including the first electrode layer(2). The organic polymer layer is formed along patterns of the insulating layers(3,4). The shielding barrier(8) is formed at both end parts of the patterns of the insulating layers(3,4) in order to shield the flow of the organic polymer layer. The second electrode layer is formed on the organic polymer layer.
