<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To qualitatively estimate the overload of a motor easily in real time. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes a current detection means 1 for detecting the load current of the motor. Based on a differential output obtained by differentiating the load current output detected by the detection means 1 and a traveling average derived from the load current, such a generating pattern that the moor is in an overload condition is identified to be estimated, thus easily applying the estimation of the overload of the motor to analysis and failure processing in real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
