PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet holder which has excellent performance by a simple constitution, and thereby to provide a rotor and a stepping motor having good performance. SOLUTION: In this magnet holder which supports a pair of circular permanent magnets in the rotor of the stepping motor, a plurality of projections bent at the edge of a flat plate having a shaft pass hole at the center are provided so that bending directions of the projections are reverse to each other so as to form magnet supports at both ends of the flat plate, and the rotor is equipped with the magnet holder, and the stepping motor is equipped with the rotor.
