PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication terminal device which changes an operation mode of a camera provided at the terminal unit according to a state of each housing for constituting the unit. SOLUTION: One housing 18 for constituting a portable telephone 10 is rotatably coupled to the other housing 14 via a hinge 20. When the housing 18 is rotated, a gear 32 provided at the housing 18 is engaged with a pinion 36 provided at the side of the housing 14, and a rack 34 is longitudinally moved via the pinion 36. A collapsible mount type imaging lens 30 is zoomed in or out by this motion. The housing 18 has a cam mechanism. That is, a pin 38 fixed to an infrared cut-off filter 28 disposed at the side of the housing 14 is guided via a groove 4 provided on the housing 18 by rotating the housing 18.
