发明名称 METHOD OF MANUFACTURING PRINTED BOARD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing printed board by which the coefficient of heat contraction of a glass epoxy-based printed board can be suitably made uniform at every substrate. SOLUTION: In this method of manufacturing the glass epoxy-based printed board provided with a connecting terminal (for example, a TAB terminal), the printed board is subjected to heat treatment at a temperature higher than the glass transition point after the board is completed. The temperature of the heat treatment is adjusted to 180-220°C, more preferably, to 190-210°C and the duration of the heat treatment is adjusted to 50-70 minutes. When the printed board is subjected to the heat treatment, the heat contraction of an epoxy resin advances to a nearly saturated state and, consequently, the coefficient of heat contraction of each substrate can be made uniform.
