PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically carry out a conclusion of a fire when the fire occurs and spreads and sites where fire occurred become a plurality of prescribed disaster preventive areas in the link cutoff state of operating a link cutoff switch which stops operation of smoke preventing and discharge terminal equipment. SOLUTION: The disaster preventive monitoring apparatus is equipped with fire sensors 2 installed in respective disaster preventive areas and a disaster preventive receiver 1 for receiving fire detecting signals of the respective fire sensors, managing fire information for each disaster preventive area, displaying the fire information in a certain disaster preventive area where a fire occurred when the fire sensor in the disaster preventive area detects the occurrence of the fire on a display means, operating smoke preventing and discharging terminal equipment 4 corresponding to the disaster preventive area, and operating the smoke-proof terminal equipment corresponding to the fire sensor associated with setting conditions by concluding the fire on the setting conditions preset to automatically cancel link cutoff even when the link cutoff switch is operated not to operate the smoke preventing and discharging terminal equipment even when fire signals are received.
