PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide external equipment for a computer which can be used exclusively between processors, processes, or threads without incorporating a mechanism for using external equipment for a computer such as a PCI device exclusively between processors, processes, or threads in a bus such as a PCI bus. SOLUTION: Provided are a plurality of function register groups 111 and 112, an internal function part 114 which realizes functions of the computer external equipment, and an exclusive control part 113 which arbitrate access requests from the plurality of function register groups to enable a host corresponding to the plurality of function register groups to exclusively use the internal function part.
