PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for terminal information notification, a network terminal device, and a terminal device for an administrator which enable the network terminal device connected to a network to inform the administrator terminal device that trouble occurs by using electronic mail. SOLUTION: The network terminal device 2 connected to the network 1 informs the administrator terminal device 3 of trouble occurrence and recovery by electronic mail. An administrator uses notice setting software or a Web browser on the administrator terminal device 3 to set 'non-notification', 'notification of each trouble', 'notification conditioned with a frequency', or 'notification conditioned with time', notification conditions, and whether recovery is reported, trouble by trouble. The contents and notice conditions of a reported trouble, and the name, settings, and occurrence state of a trouble whose notice is set are entered into notice mail.
