PURPOSE: A running machine with a fan structure is provided to fan a user running on a conveyer belt, allow a long time running due to a pleasant feeling of running in the open air and minimize the intake of carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: An air purge chamber(30) is penetrated from the rear surface of a control panel(20). An air fan driven by a motor is formed on the air purge chamber(30). A wind direction adjusting grill(32) is formed on the air vent side of the air purge chamber(30). A filter and a housing case are formed on the suction port side of the air purge chamber(30) so that a bio purge material or an aromatic agent in the case can be sucked and discharged along with intake air.
