PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the network traffic for synchronizing each database.

SOLUTION: A document management program for a first document management device 20 synchronizing first and second document management databases 5 and 15 is constituted so that the first document management device 20 realizes a detecting function for detecting reference relation information of an object stored in the first document data base 5 and a function for acquiring a record with the reference relation information detected by the detecting function from the first document management database 5 and synchronizing it to the second document management database 15.
