<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently generate a document in which a hiragana, a katakana, a kanji and an alphanumeric are mixed. <P>SOLUTION: A key entry controller 25, at key-in, wile referring to incorporated mode information, generates a key code according to a mode. For instance, if a mode list is registered as shown in figure 7, for inputting a document stating 'ekusukuramesyonmaaku (exclamation mark) is an exclamation mark', following steps are performed: 1. one operates 'execution' key to enter full size katakana entry mode; 2. one inputs 'ekusukuramesyonmaaku'; 3. one operates 'execution' key once to enter half size alphanumeric mode; 4. one inputs '(exclamation mark); 5. one operates 'execution' key once to enter full size hiragana mode; and 6. one inputs 'is an exclamation mark'. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
