<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell power generating system capable of suppressing a deterioration in power generating capacity even while effectively using gaseous hydrogen. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polyelectrolyte fuel cell power generating system 10 is provided with a battery body 11 with a plurality of laminated power generating cells formed by holding solid polyelectrolytes between pairs of electrodes, air supplying means 12 and 13 or the like for supplying air 1 to the battery body 11, a hydrogen supplying means 14 or the like for supplying hydrogen 2 to the battery body 11, an air exhausting means 113 or the like for exhausting air 1a used by the battery body 11, and hydrogen circulating means 15 and 16 or the like for resupplying hydrogen 2a used by the battery body 11 to the battery body 11. It is provide with a three-way valve 101 exhausting the hydrogen 2a circulating through the hydrogen circulating means 15 and 16 from the hydrogen circulating means 15 and 16, and a controller 19 changing over the three-way valve 101 on the basis of a cumulative value of current values in power generation of the battery body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
