METHOD OF MANUFACTURING CERAMIC LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing ceramic laminate in which the strict control of a partial oxygen pressure in a burning atmosphere is not required.

SOLUTION: At the time of manufacturing a ceramic laminate constituted by alternately laminating dielectric layers and electrodes layers upon another, an unburned laminate 2 is prepared by alternately laminating unburned dielectric layers containing a PZT-based dielectric material and unburned electrode layers containing an electrode material upon another and the unburned laminate 2 is burned in a burning atmosphere into which a reduction preventing agent 21 for the dielectric layers and an oxidation preventing agent 22 for the electrode layers are introduced. Alternatively, the laminate 2 is burned in an atmosphere only containing the reduction preventing agent 21 or oxidation preventing agent 22.
