PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information authentication distribution apparatus capable of enhancing the security of transaction and protecting the copyright of audio, video and other data.

SOLUTION: The information authentication distribution apparatus 3 can distribute desired data ordered by a user when the apparatus 3 is accessed by user authentication information from the user authenticated by an authentication station. An information authentication distribution apparatus 3 accepts the user authentication information, decodes by using a public key in pairs with a secret key used for producing the user authentication information, authenticates the user, accepts the order of the user when authenticating the user, and transmits the distribution data along with the order. In this case, since data for authenticating the user are attached to the distribution data and the user for the distribution data being a source of a copy is particularized, copying requires prudence and the copyright can be protected.
