<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management device for producing a printed board which makes data management easy while avoiding the physical change in precision of a film for producing the printed board when it is stored and also provide a film producing device for producing the printed board which can very rapidly correspond to the production of a high-precision printed board even if an order-placing manufacturer requires the repeated productions of the printed boards. <P>SOLUTION: Design data of various kinds recorded or transmitted in accordance with the kinds of the design data and so on are converted to digital data for producing the film for producing the printed board with a conversion software in a computer 11.
