<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating schedule management method for a working machine and its device capable of changing a machining schedule suitably, even if the need of changing the schedule occurs after planning the machining schedule of a product. <P>SOLUTION: The information generated at each manufacturing timing such as an NC programming detailed process design, a work reception, an NC tape assembly, a work setting, and a machining or the like is input from a terminal after planning the machining schedule. If the machining schedule is needed to be changed, the working machine which has the earliest vacant time in the operating schedule is selected from the configured candidate working machine, and the vacant time of the machining schedule is changed.
