<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small size power source distribution box by reducing the number of components. <P>SOLUTION: The power source distribution box comprises a power source side bus bar 3, connected to the power source side, a plurality of FET modules 8 as a package in which input terminals thereof are connected to the power source side bus bar 3 and a plurality of FETs to supply the power source to a load, under the condition that the input terminals 9 be provided in the same direction, is mounted on a pair of chips, a power source side circuit substrate 4 which is allocated on the same plane as the power source side bus bar 3 to mount a plurality of FET modules 8, and a load side circuit substrate 5 mounted on the FET module 8, with the inclusion of a connection terminal 11 being connected to the output terminals 9 of the FET module 8, to supply the power source to the load. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
