ACCESS ADDRESS INFORMING METHOD TO HOME SERVER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an access address informing method to a home server system wherein access from an external network is enabled to a home server system under the environment having a possibility that data access address is changed. SOLUTION: In this access address informing method to a home server system 1, the home server system 1 for controlling information in a house is connected with a data communication system open network NT like Internet IN via a router 11, and access is performed to a home server 10 installed in the home server system 1, from a data communication client like a portable terminal 2 via the open network NT. The home server 10 is provided with an address monitoring means which obtains a global IP address which is applied from a provider 3 to the router 11 and informs an IP address after change to an external transmission destination when change of the global IP address is detected.
