A car speed analysis system measures speed and acceleration using speed and orthogonal acceleration sensors and computes and displays time and distance to reach a given speed or speed change including stop and two axis acceleration graphically, acoustically and optically with ergonomic digital display update time. Includes Independent claims for an illuminated figure display of stopping distance to following traffic and for computation of the limits of car braking systems.
