A structure for composing upholstered modular furniture comprises rectangular supporting frames that can be set side by side, each of them comprising a rectangular fixed board and one or more rectangular pivoting boards hinged along one of their sides and apt to be inclined and locked in various angular positions, and also apt to gain a flat position. The structure also comprises stuffmg elements combined to said boards and apt to bend in order to fall with the positions gained by the boards.
