METHOD FOR AUGMENTING THE ALVEOLAR BONE

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to stomatology and can be used for intraosseous implantation. The aim of the invention is to improve the results of curing and reduce the time of operations for increasing the alveolar bone and for intraosseous implantation. The inventive method consists in placing an implant, incising a compact bone along the boundary of the increased area. The augmentation of the alveolar bone is obtained by means of screw distraction, i.e. by the extending force which is produced by introducing the implant and by osteotomy. The inventive method improves functional results and reduces curing time.
