PURPOSE:To provide the titled sheet with an expansivity from a low temperature as well as an excellent elastisity and flexibility from the low to high temperature by arranging spefcified amounts of an unexpanded vermiculite, a specified binder and a ceramic fiber in substance for the rest. CONSTITUTION:40-83wt% of an unexpanded vermiculite (preferably with the particle size of 0.1-2.83mm. as treated by a sodium acetate aqueous solution), 0.5-3.5% of a binder comprising an inorganic binder (preferably, sepiolite or the like) and an organic binder (preferably, acryronitrile butadiene or the like) at the ratio of 1/2-1/10 and a ceramic fiber (preferably, with the shot content below 30%) are arranged to obtain a desired sheet. In addition, for even higher flexibility, an organic high polymer film may be applied on one or both sides or all sides of the sheet at the rate of less than 0.5% of the weight of the sheet. |
