PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and reduce the weight of the captioned clutch by fitting a cylindrical ring made of non-magnetic material between the pulley part inner-wall surface of a clutch rotor and the outer peripheral surface of the outer race of a bearing. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical ring 113 made of non-magnetic material is inserted into the inner part cavity formed of the outside cylindrical part 111 and the frictional surface part 112 of a clutch rotor 11. Said cylindrical ring 113 is welded at the inner peripheral edge part 114 of the outer cylindrical part 111, and the inner diameter part of the cylindrical ring 113 is welded at the inner peripheral edge part 114 of a cylindrical projection part 111. Further, the inner diameter part of the cylindrical ring 113 is engaged by a snap ring 21 installed onto a bearing 2 fitted onto the outer periphery of the cylindrical projection part 1a.
