A fluid cleaner for removing the impurities efficiently from the fluid supplied to a fuel cell thereby to maintain a high output of a fuel cell power generator facility for a long time and to prolong the life of the fuel cell, and a fuel cell power generator facility are disclosed. The fluid cleanser comprises a three-dimensional structure and a substance for decomposing or adsorbing the impurities held in the three-dimensional structure. Fluid such as fuel or air from which the impurities are removed by the fluid cleaner is supplied to a fuel cell.
