The invention discloses a non-combustion cool gas engine. The engine comprises a cool gas storage tank which is connected to a pneumatic control element by a gas source adjuster, a set of crank-linkage mechanism connected to a cylinder, an electronic control unit and a programming device. The invention overcomes the disadvantage of the prior art. It utilizes the cylinder and the gas source adjuster to connect to the pneumatic control element, and the electronic control unit and the programming device control the working of crank-linkage mechanism. An air filter is attached to a discharge port. The engine doesn't consume fuel and pollute environment. By contrast to the conventional engine, the inventive engine can omit a valve mechanism, a fuel supply system, an ignition system, a cooling system, a lubrication system and a start system. So the inventive structure is compact, cheap and easy to manufacture. A piston can move at 8 m/s in 0.25-1.25 s, and its acceleration can reach 1000 m/s<2>. So it can produce much kinetic energy.
