A system and method for accessing pharmaceutical data is described. The meth od includes receiving a username and a password from a web page, and identifyin g an account having the username and the password associated therewith. The method further includes reading a service level associated with the identifi ed account, determining at least one question that is authorized to be presente d to the web page based on the service level associated with the account, and populating a list control element of the web page with the at least one question.
