<p>It is possible to reduce the processing load of a service server and a service use terminal and improve their operability. A service providing system (1) includes a storage unit (11) for uniquely managing service providing information of various service types concerning the same commodity. Accordingly, a user (50) can receive a desired service only by outputting a service providing request including at least a commodity ID. That is, the user need not request different service providers (60) for each service type. Moreover, as compared to the conventional way of registering service providing information on one commodity separately, it is possible to reduce the registration load and the service providing information managing load. Furthermore, the procedure information on service providing is accumulated as a procedure file (30) separately from the storage unit (11) and upon a service request, storage destination information on the procedure information is transmitted/received. Thus, it is possible to eliminate concentration of a data amount requiring time for information search to lower operability.</p> |
